The machine is extremely sturdy, the top casing is made of titanium i think and the design of it is slender which i like. I was happily shocked and surprised at the speed of the computer. It makes my Dell Inspiron look like a pensioner in technology terms and it is only a few years old! I feel I got an amazing bargain because it is easily the best laptop I've ever owned, but it was so cheap! The only thing I might do is buy an external hard drive because I will probably use up the 40gigs of memory pretty quick. My husband now wants one for himself after seeing how fast and efficient mine is, and he knows a lot more than I do about technology.
