I ordered the lap top and it came in good time after setting it up and wanting to look at the Microsoft works program it asked me to enter a product key, but one had not been sent with the lap top, when i looked in the help file it said i should have had the Microsoft licence and set up disk i didn't have that either I contacted Amazon and they said another Lap top would be sent out next day, which it was, but unfortunately it had the same things missing.
